ITALY

Bolas has made a capital for himself out of the country of Italy. The once quaint, romantic country has now become the center for all things evil. 

 

And on an island called Lipari, Bolas makes his home. Used to grand expanses of land, he couldn't just have a city as his own, no he needed an entire world at his feet, then a country from which to rule it, then an entire island to live on.
